  • Meet with design team for interview
  • Prepare files for design inspiration
  • Present project proposal with costs
  • Establish a break-ground goal

04. DESIGN

  • Present 3D conceptual drawings
  • Refine design based on client feedback
  • Update pricing as design changes
  • Retainer Payment One due to proceed

05. SELECTIONS

  • Finalize interior + exterior finishes
  • Finalize layout and scope
  • Begin permit + construction documents
  • Retainer Payment Two due to proceed

06. AGREEMENT

  • Review scope of work and drawings
  • Discuss Change Order Process
  • Sign Construction Agreement
  • Construction Payment One due

07. PRE-CONSTRUCTION

  • Prepare site for construction
  • Finalize construction documents
  • Secure permits and perform demolition
  • Document Guaranteed Completion date

08. CONSTRUCTION

  • Provide weekly project progress reports
  • Address conditions and change orders
  • Construction through punch list
  • Invoicing based on payment plan
